Seth Neiman, Chairman, eSilicon Corporation and Managing Partner, Crosspoint Venture Partners

Seth Neiman is managing partner of Crosspoint Venture Partners. His investing focus is network equipment, optical systems and broadband enabled service businesses.

Mr. Neiman has been a general partner of Crosspoint Venture Partners since January 1996, and a managing partner since December 1999, and has been active in starting and investing in more than a dozen communications oriented start-ups. He has served as a board member of a number of leading public broadband networking companies, including Brocade Communications Systems, Foundry Networks, Avanex, and iPass. Prior to Crosspoint, Mr. Neiman spent 17 years as an entrepreneur and vice president of engineering in both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies.

Crawford Beveridge, Independent Director

Crawford Beveridge is the former executive vice president and chairman, EMEA, APAC and the Americas for Sun Microsystems. He represented Sun's interests in the European Union, Brazil, Russia, India and China, and worked with regional governments to influence public policy. Before joining Sun in 1985 as vice president, corporate resources, he held human resources management positions in the U.S. and Europe with Hewlett-Packard, Digital Equipment Corp. and Analog Devices, Inc.

Following Sun, in 1991, Beveridge left Sun to become the chief executive of Scottish Enterprise, the lead economic development organization for Scotland. After nine successful years, Mr. Beveridge returned to Sun in April 2000 as executive vice president of people and places and chief human resources officer. Mr. Beveridge is the non-executive board chairman of Autodesk Inc. and Scottish Equity Partners Ltd. and is a board member of eSilicon Corporation.

Mr. Beveridge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from the University of Edinburgh and a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Administration from the University of Bradford, England.

Jack Harding, President and CEO, eSilicon Corporation

Jack Harding is responsible for eSilicon's overall leadership, strategy and management.

Mr. Harding brings more than 25 years of management experience in the semiconductor industry, spanning the electronic design automation (EDA) and IC sectors. Prior to co-founding eSilicon in 2000, Mr. Harding was the president and CEO of Cadence Design Systems. Mr. Harding entered Cadence upon the acquisition of Cooper & Chyan Technology (CCT), where he served as the president and CEO, and was responsible for leading the company to an IPO. Prior to CCT Mr. Harding served as the executive vice president of Zycad Corporation. Mr. Harding began his career with distinction at IBM.

Mr. Harding maintains a balanced career, providing his services to industry, academia and government. He has held various directorships in both public and private organizations and currently serves on the boards of directors of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), RF Micro Devices and on the advisory board of Atrenta, Inc. Mr. Harding has also held leadership roles at Drew University and Indiana University (IU) where he was vice chairman of the board of trustees and a member of IU's premier School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) advisory board, respectively.

In the public policy arena, Mr. Harding has served as a member of the prestigious Steering Committee at the U.S. Council on Competiveness and was a former National Academies' Committee member for Software, Growth and the Future of the U.S. Economy. In 2010, Mr. Harding was elected as the new value chain producer director to the board of directors of the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA). Prior to this, Mr. Harding served a three-year term on the GSA board as a semiconductor director. He also serves on the GSA Finance Committee. He is a frequent international speaker on the topics of innovation, entrepreneurship and semiconductor trends and policies.

Mr. Harding holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Economics from Drew University and attended the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Duy-Loan Le, Senior Fellow, Texas Instruments

Duy-Loan Le is a senior fellow at Texas Instruments (TI). She is responsible for technology readiness and operational execution for TI’s multi-billion dollar embedded processing business. In this capacity, she oversees the definition of technology requirements, directs technology qualifications and manages internal execution.
Ms. Le started her career with TI over 25 years ago as a memory design engineer. She has held multiple leadership roles within the company and was the first woman elected to senior fellow status.
 
Ms. Le serves on the boards of National Instruments and the Mona Foundation, the engineering advisory board for the University of Texas’ Cockrell College of Engineering, and the executive board for the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business. She is a founding member and advisory board director for the Sunflower Mission, which provides educational opportunities in her native Vietnam.

Ms. Le is a registered professional engineer and holds more than 20 patents. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Willem “Wim” P. Roelandts, Independent Director

Wim Roelandts serves as lead outside director, chairman of the Compensation Committee, and chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee of Applied Materials where he has been a director since 2004.

He is also a director of Aruba Networks, Inc. and serves on the Compensation Committee. Mr. Roelandts serves as a board member of IMEC, Belgium and the El Camino Hospital Foundation. He is also the chairman of the advisory board of Engineering Pathways to Success at San Jose State University.

Prior to his current board positions, Mr. Roelandts served on the advisory board of the Center for Science, Technology and Society at Santa Clara University; as chairman of the Fabless Semiconductor Association (FSA) (now the Global Semiconductor Alliance); and as chairman of the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA). At Xilinx, Inc., Mr. Roelandts was president and chief executive officer from 1996 to 2008, and served as chairman of the board from 2003 to 2009, and as a director from 1996 to 2009.

Prior to his tenure at Xilinx, Mr. Roelandts had a 29-year management career at Hewlett-Packard Company, where he served as senior vice president and general manager of the Computer Systems Organization and before that as vice president and general manager of the Network Systems Group.

Mr. Roelandts holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rijks Hogere Technische School in Anderlecht, Belgium.

Robert Selvi, CFO, SonicWall

Robert Selvi is the vice president and chief financial officer for SonicWALL, Inc., a leading provider of integrated security, productivity and mobility solutions. Prior to SonicWall, Mr. Selvi was the chief financial officer of Kontiki. Mr. Selvi is a veteran of high tech start-ups, as an operating executive, advisor and investor. He has more than 25 years of experience in senior financial management roles at leading technology companies including Cooper & Chyan Technology, Artisan Components and Claris Corporation (Apple's software subsidiary). Earlier in his career, Mr. Selvi held several senior management positions at Apple, Diasonics and Memorex.

Mr. Selvi holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and MBA degrees from Santa Clara University, where he also serves as a member of the Leavey School of Business Advisory Board.

David Spreng, Managing General Partner, Crescendo Ventures

David Spreng is the founder and managing general partner of Crescendo Ventures, a global venture capital investment firm with more than $1 billion under management and offices in Palo Alto, Minneapolis and London. During his 14 years in the venture capital industry, Mr. Spreng has been active in the formation and development of a number of communications technology leaders, including Ciena, CoSine, Digital Island, Lightspeed, OneSecure, Oplink and Tut Systems.  Mr. Spreng graduated with distinction from the University of Minnesota.

Jose Suarez, Managing Director, Investor Growth Capital

Jose Suarez is a managing director of Investor Growth Capital, the wholly owned venture capital arm of Investor AB. Investor is the largest publicly listed industrial holding company in the Nordic region. Investor was founded in 1916, and is traded on the Stockholm exchange. Since its formation in the mid-1990s, Investor Growth Capital has invested in high-quality, growth-oriented companies, primarily in the information technology and healthcare industries, in North America, Northern Europe, Japan and China.

Mr. Suarez joined Investor AB's Asian operations in 1997 and is now based in IGC's Menlo Park, California office, where he focuses on the semiconductor, semiconductor hardware infrastructure, and outsourcing sectors. He currently serves as a director on the boards of Atrenta, Inc., Chelsio Communications, ExaGrid Systems, Innovative Micro Technology, Magnum Semiconductor, and Millennium Microtech. Mr. Suarez has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Studies from Dartmouth College.

Blake Winchell, Managing General Partner, Fremont Ventures

Blake Winchell has over 27 years of experience in operating and investing in and consulting to growing companies. Prior to Fremont Ventures, Mr. Winchell was an investment professional with Generation Ventures and Leucadia National Corporation, as well as a manager in the international consulting firm, Bain and Company.

Mr. Winchell graduated as a Choate Scholar from Dartmouth College and has an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is a certified public accountant. In addition to being a director of eSilicon, Mr. Winchell serves on the boards of directors of Atrenta Corporation and Sonics, Inc.

He also serves on the International Advisory Board of the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain, and the Advisory Board of the Gladstone Institutes. He is a member of the World Presidents' Organization.

Mr. Winchell holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
